We will be performing kernel updates to all of our shared / reseller / vps / dedicated servers on August 17th, starting at midnight CDT. The servers will have to be rebooted for the new kernel which will disrupt your web service's operation. For shared / reseller / dedicated customers, this should be about 5 minutes. Virtual server customers can take up to 30 minutes. Please refer to our network status section on our forums at http://forums.netwisp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=16 for status updates during operation.
