Greetings,
We apologize for the short notice but A 0 day root exploit has been published for CentOS/RHEL 6 based systems. We will need to reboot our affected servers tonight with a kernel update in order to close the exploit and keep our servers secure. We currently only have our virtual servers running with the affected operating system. Therefore, only virtual service plans will be affected by tonight's reboot. Our shared servers and majority of dedicated server customers are on CentOS 5 which do not have this issue.
We will begin the reboots at 11:30PM CDT. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions and we'll be happy to answer them.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while we take these steps to ensure you have safe and secure web hosting services with us!
