Starting last Thursday, January 24th and lasting until Tuesday monring (January 29th, we had a number of service disruptions that were caused by a customer being the target of a denial of service attack. Each attack would stop allowing visitors to reach any of the websites we host because the attack exceeded our total network capacity. The problem for us was that the customer was on a shared IP address being used by over a hundred other domains. It therefore then took us time to break out the sites onto other IP addresses to determine which domain(s) were were the target. We figured this out on Monday and by Tuesday the customer's domains were no longer resolving here. Therefore, we do not expect any further disruptions from this issue.
